Our mission is to promote Nakamura Tempu's "Shin-Shin-Toitsuho" in its Ultimate, Practical method.
"Shin-Shin-Toitsuho" is exercise of developing the mind and body to be positive person who can think and react at any given situation.
It's not actually the study of various type of exercise and forms of mediation, but you must put into practice in dairy life.
This Tempu method teaches step by step from the beginning of the day to end of the day how to breath, think, imagine, work and integrate to the Universe.
Once you connect to the Universe, you are given the way of happy, healthy life from the Universe.
